Dr. Sandler built Verona Smiles around a simple belief: nobody should avoid the dentist because they're afraid or unsure of the cost. That philosophy shapes every visit — from the unhurried exams to the clear, jargon-free explanations of what your mouth needs and why.
A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and New York University, Dr. Sandler served as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps before putting down roots here. In his words, his goal is "to help each patient live a long, healthier life — and enjoy smiling and eating."
As a comprehensive, single-dentist practice, Verona Smiles offers continuity you rarely find anymore. You see the same familiar face each time, someone who remembers your history and genuinely wants you comfortable in the chair. Outside the office, Dr. Sandler lives in the area with his wife Karen and their family, and you might find him fishing, baking bread, or on stage with the Studio Players in Montclair.
